Event Support and Logistics seeks to serve the Moody community, attendees, and guests by facilitating successful and strategic events, providing a welcoming campus environment, and equipping a global audience with the truth of God’s Word.

Areas of Oversight:

Internal Events

An internal event is defined as a gathering on campus that is paid for using a Moody cost center and not marketed to the public. They are more than a room reservation—internal events involve at least one service provider (facilities, public safety, ITS, and catering). These events are designed to provide an engaging experience for students and/or staff who are on campus. Examples of internal events include student group events, departmental meetings, and Town Hall.

External Events

An external event is defined as a gathering on campus that is paid for fully or in part by another organization. These events are designed to provide an engaging experience for outside organizations.
